Why I source this way.
My first manufacturer seemed great, until I discovered they were outsourcing my product to someone else without telling me. The samples came back wrong, the answers got vague, and I learned that "yes" doesn't mean the same thing in every conversation. I source factories now the way I should have sourced that one: with the questions asked upfront and the answers in writing.
